WOW! This Pitt Pirates did a great job in St Louis this year. We played well in the qualification rounds against some stiff competition. We even got to play in the elimination rounds! 11 teams went to St Louis from North Carolina. Only three (including us) made it through alliance selection. Playing in the elimination rounds this year was a new FIRST for us. I’m very excited about how the team did and I heard A LOT of great feedback from event personnel about our team. Thank you for being so awesome. I also want to say Thank You to all the sponsors, coaches, mentors, parents, and chaperones who have helped this year. If you haven’t given a big thanks to these people, be sure to do so. This is a TEAM effort and we couldn’t make this robotics program go without all of these wonderful people. I know everybody is wrapping up the school year and going through exams. We will take it easy for a few weeks and then we will start our summer activities. We ARE going to move equipment out of Eppes this week. More details and dates to follow by email. See you there.
