Hey Pitt Pirates,

I hope everybody is getting some time to relax and enjoy the holiday season. We are going to be VERY busy starting in January. Here are some reminders for you.

NEXT Meeting – We will meet for a short (1hour meeting) at the shop on Thursday, January 2 from 6:30-7:30 PM. This is to make sure we have everything ready for kickoff on Saturday January 4.

STIMS – ALL students need to get online and register in STIMS. Here is the link. ( https://my.usfirst.org/stims/site.lasso ) THEN your parents either need to complete the online permission slip, or we need to get a hard copy from you. We’ll have hard copies on Tuesday night if you need them. We MUST have the FIRST Permission slip before we go to kickoff or competition.

Dues are Due! – Everybody who wants to be a Pitt Pirates member needs to get in their dues. If there are questions, problems or concerns, contact Mr. Bill, Ms Ann or Ms. Melonie about options. We need to have your dues or have a plan before kickoff.

FRC Kickoff – We are VERY excited to be helping to support this year’s FRC kickoff at ECU. Lot’s to do. We will lock down the details and times at Thursday’s meeting. We will be involved with set up on Friday night (1/3) and kickoff on Saturday (1/4). Be sure to come to the meeting on Thursday 1/2 to get all the details.
