Great Job at DC Pitt Pirates! Once again, we tackled a huge number of different challenges and we did a great job. We took home the Imagery award and Sunny snagged safety star of the day again! That is another huge FIRST for us. I’m very excited and proud of your work! You built a REALLY great robot. You stepped it up for scouting and outreach, you wowed the safety judges and made us all proud! Thank you for all your hard work!

Don’t get too comfortable. Even though the season is ending, Ashley has to go on the lecture circuit. We have four outreach events in the NEXT WEEK! ACK! There is a lot of stuff we need to do in the spring and fall months.

This team has grown so much in the last year and we’ve learned so much. Based on our experiences at Raleigh and DC this year, we will be making significant changes in how we recruit and select student members. We have a bunch of activities his spring and summer, but we will only be asking a select group of students to be part of those activities. More information will follow on this.
